#180: I'm a Foodie

During this my deleting spree, I came across some pictures on my phone that were of some amazing delicious foods. Anyone that knows me personally knows that I love food, and I definitely do not discriminate when it comes to trying new things and enjoying a scrumptous healthy meal or snack of some sort. Here are some of the deliciousness I've eaten over the past months and I recommend you all to try them! Let me know if you've got questions. Feed your eyes!

#179: Happy Hair (2)

Hello everyone,
I'm back again with more hair pictures. As usual, I'm uploading them because I've once again ran out of picture space on my phone; picture taking of me and other things are my mini-obsessions, I'm unapologetic about it. Yes, I could delete them and move on, but I've decided to upload these pictures for memories and to see my hair journey in images. Also, I've been having some difficulties finding a variety of hairstyles for short natural hair online; I feel that if there are others out there feeling the same way, they could copy some of these styles, if they fancy them. Uploading these images is basically going to help me and others, hopefully. Enjoy. Let me know if you have any questions.

P.S.: I've been in love with my natural hair so much lately, and I love it!

Shampoo applied before washing, I took this picture to show the difference water makes in hair; notice the shrinkage/shortness with the wet hair.

Right side (minor water applied)

Wearing autism awareness necklace, imprint say "Embrace the Amazing." If you didn't know, April is Autism Awareness Month; autism awareness is one of my platforms in life, I'm very passionate about it.

#174: Natural Hair is a sport?

I came across this video on one of my favorite blogs, Onyx Rose Online, and the comparison with sports/athletism was quite interesting. Check it out!

#145: Miss Universe 2011 Pageant

Here's an amazing video I came across online featuring the winner, Ms. Leila Lopes (Miss Angola). Congratulations, Phenomenal Woman. I wish you all the best in your reign and strength to supremely serve communities with endless possibilities.

P.S.: I was very surprised to find out that there has been 60 years of hosting the Miss Universe Pageant, and this is the fourth time it has been won by an African nation and second time won by a Black African. Being the fact that this is the Miss Universe Pageant, I think changes need to be made to those figures and African nations need to put themselves out there more and utilize the Pageant as a gateway to be Ambassadors for their nations, Mama Africa, girls and women, and humanity as a whole. By God's grace, Sierra Leone will be represented there in the near future and also end as the WINNER(S).
